- Personnel (Item 6A–6D): The commission approved amendments to position descriptions in the Public Works Department pay classification plan (6A); rescinded an earlier employment order employing Zachary Schoolmaster as police officer I (6B); approved educational certification incentive salary increases for certain personnel (6C); and appointed Jesse McCoy as interim engineering technician (6D). Motions passed by voice vote.
- Closed session: The commission voted to adjourn into closed session to discuss personnel matters under KRS Chapter 61.81(1)(f) and industrial prospects under KRS Chapter 61.81(1)(g)(3). The motion to adjourn to closed session and to adjourn the regular meeting at the close of the closed session was moved and seconded and approved.
