City staffer Scott told the council the packet includes professional-services contracts, public-works awards, budget amendments and program changes that were previously discussed in committee. "On page 27, you'll be authorizing professional services in contract with Peregrine Technologies...On page 29 and 30, you'll be timidly awarding a public works contract to Price Construction for the Northridge Pickleball Courts. This is a total of $1,373,029.89," Scott said.
