A staff member announced a volunteer cleanup collaboration beginning Saturday, March 29, for the Star City side of the bridge area.
"That project will start this week, on the Star City side over the bridge area on March 29 at 9 to 11 with the help of WVU, student government, Star City, and Mon County, and the city of Morgantown," the staff member said. The announcement added a second day of work Sunday, March 30, from 1 to 3 p.m. for medium-sized cleanups including weed-eating and debris removal.
Organizers asked volunteers to meet in the CBS parking lot across from the Sheetz at the bottom of the road on both days.
