The Muskego Common Council on March 25 approved multiple routine and regulatory items, taking voice votes to carry the measures.
On the consent agenda the council approved minutes from the March 11 meeting and voucher approvals, and it approved Resolution 17-20-25 awarding the bid for 2025–26 parks, boulevards, terraces and facility landscaping services. The council took a voice vote and the presiding officer declared the motion passed.
The council also approved Resolution 16-20-25 regarding MS4 permit compliance (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System). Council members moved and seconded the resolution and approved it by voice vote.
Councilors approved an amendment setting Class B liquor license fees to $200 so that the fee is consistent with Class A beer/liquor licenses; the amendment was described at the meeting as correcting an omission from the prior fee schedule.
The council approved a Class A liquor license for Sunfish Ventures LLC doing business as Lakeview Shell, located at S76W17871 Janesville Road, following a motion and second and a voice vote. The council also approved a full-service retail outlet permit for Raised Grain Brewing Company to operate at Veterans Park on Recieve Avenue for National Night Out on Aug. 13, 2025, from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
