Commission recommends CSM to reconfigure Oakview parcels into two lots for future development

The Oak Creek Plan Commission on Feb. 25 recommended approval of a certified survey map to reconfigure parcels at 10304 South Oakview Parkway and 10523 South Howell Avenue into two lots to support future business-park development.
Staff said Lot 1 would become about 29 acres and Lot 2 just shy of 11 acres. The map also indicates no access to Oakwood Road on the north parcel as shown by a hatched area. Christie (staff member) said the CSM would go to the Common Council following a public hearing, which could be scheduled as soon as March 31.
Commissioners asked about access and confirmed Lot 2 would still have room for development. The commission voted to recommend the CSM approval with standard technical-correction conditions prior to recording.
