Board staff presented two documents for the board’s consideration: the certification of unopposed candidates and the order of cancellation stating that unopposed candidates are elected to office under relevant state law. After a motion and second, the board approved the certification and order as presented.
The action removes the contested election step for those two areas and allows staff to proceed with election-related administrative steps for the May trustee election.
