Emergency operations plan: The board authorized the Department of Emergency Management to use an intergovernmental cooperative purchase (INTG25-0181) to contract with Tetra Tech for a county emergency operations plan update, based on a proposal dated Feb. 17, 2025. The proposed contract amount presented was $59,841.60; funding is available in the department budget and the county will rely on another jurisdiction’s procurement contract for pricing scale.
