Berwyn council passes ordinances, awards contracts and adopts CDBG action plan in unanimous votes

Ordinances and financial measures: The council adopted an ordinance amending chapter 823.02(d) of the codified ordinances governing conditions of license issuance for the city. Appointments and proclamations: The council concurred with the mayor’s reappointment of Michael K. Bain to the Fire and Police Commission for a three-year term expiring May 24, 2028. Senator Cervantes office opening: The council approved a street-closure request and city services for the grand opening of Senator Cristina H.
