GREENFIELD, Wis. — At its Feb. 19 meeting the Greenfield Common Council confirmed appointments, approved operating and temporary licenses, authorized several vendor and maintenance agreements and took a declaration of intent to purchase replacement tandem-axle trucks. The council then voted to enter closed session under Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(e).
