The ordinance was considered on second reading and the clerk called the vote; the board president pro tem announced, “Ordinance 2,509 passes, your honor.”
Also on second reading, the board approved Ordinance 25-10, which amends parts of the municipal code related to boards and commissions, the code of ethics and the Family and Senior Services Department. The village administrator presented the ordinance and the clerk recorded the roll-call vote; the item was announced as passed.
