Lebanon City Council on March 20 adopted Ordinance 2025-041 authorizing a replat in Silverwood Commerce Park. The replat combines two parcels into a single larger lot to support expansion of an existing self-storage use, staff said.
Planning staff told council the replat triggered compliance issues including an out-of-compliance sign; the Planning Commission elected not to require the sign be brought into compliance as part of the replat approval. Council moved, seconded and approved the ordinance by roll-call vote.
A roll call recorded affirmative votes from Mrs. Eggers, Mrs. Harper, Mr. Lammer (noted as "Mr. Lammerat" during roll call), Mayor Messer, Mr. Coates and Mr. Sellers. The transcript did not include conditions beyond the Planning Commission's recommendation or a fiscal impact analysis for the replat.
