Council moves into closed session to discuss real property and litigation; no action on return

At the end of its March 3 agenda the Elizabethtown City Council voted to close the meeting under KRS 61.810(1) to "conduct deliberation on future acquisition or sale of real property by the city, and to discuss the general nature of existing and possible litigation by the City." A motion and second were made and the council voted to enter the closed session. When the council returned to open session the mayor said there would be "no action coming out."
