The motion set regular meetings for the second Thursday of January, April, July and October, with special meetings called as needed. The motion received a second and passed unanimously: Shelby Thomas, Councilmember Kyle Wade, Ross Levenstein, Randy Jones and Monica Treat recorded votes in favor.
Committee business concluded with a motion to adjourn. The chair said the committee will next meet in April unless a special meeting is called.
The meeting also included routine staff reports and no formal budget changes were made during the session.
