Finally, the board approved issuing an RFP-based architectural services engagement with Ross Durant to provide conceptual designs and opinions of probable cost for a list of potential projects the district is studying. Doctor Lawson and Mister Thompson described the work as an early diagnostic step (basic floor plans and elevation sketches, not full MEP design), to be followed by negotiated fees if the district advances any project into design and bid phases.
