School board approves equipment purchases for Innovation Campus

The HANNIBAL 60 School Board on an unspecified meeting date approved a series of equipment purchases for the district's Innovation Campus, awarding multiple low bids and authorizing staff to complete two additional purchases so long as they fall within grant spending limits.

Board action followed a staff presentation that said much of the work to date has been covered with enhancement-grant dollars and that those grant funds were nearly exhausted. "We've exhausted pretty much what we can out of those enhancement grants," the staff presenter said, explaining why some items required other funding or careful bidding.
