The Springfield Economic Development Agency on Jan. 13, 2025, voted to authorize the city manager to enter a settlement and release agreement with the property owner of 111 Main Street to resolve a downtown matching loan provided to Swallowtail Spirits.
Assistant City Manager Neil Adati introduced the item, telling the board: “Tonight we're looking at a settlement agreement between the Springfield Economic Development Agency Board and Mr. Tony Slonaker, owner of 111 Main Street.” He later summarized the request as asking for approval for the city manager to enter the settlement and release agreement to resolve the downtown matching loan to Swallowtail Spirits.
