"I'd like to nominate Councilor Rose as chair of IGR for 2025," Evans said. Councilor Yang seconded the nomination.
The committee adopted the nomination by voice vote with all members present signaling assent. Following the vote, the committee handed the meeting over to the newly elected chair, who briefly took the gavel and continued agenda business.
