The Waukesha School District Board of Education approved the minutes from Jan. 15 (regular and executive session) and passed the consent agenda, which included personnel actions, resignations, retirements, new contracts and gifts, by roll call vote 9-0 on Feb. 13.
Board member Mark Borowski moved approval of the consent agenda; it was seconded by Keri Kozlowski. The personnel summary provided in the packet and addendum noted six resignations, eight retirements, two leaves of absence and 51 new or modified contracts. The board approved the consent package and associated gifts as read into the record.
At the meeting’s close the board voted 9-0 to adjourn into executive session under Wisconsin Statutes §19.85(1)(e) for deliberating and negotiating the purchasing of public properties and §19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee — specifically the superintendent midyear evaluation.
The board scheduled its next regular meeting for March 12 at 6:30 p.m. in the Blair Administration Building boardroom.
