County staff explained that IDOT requires a certificate of authority that allows county staff to enter into joint agreements or contracts with IDOT and execute the county's allotment requests and subsequent contracts. The board authorized county staff to execute that certification so staff may submit allotment requests and carry out contracts when awards are made.
The board approved a resolution reappointing Greg Robertson to the Alta Pass Water District for a term expiring May 6, 2030. All routine bills presented for prepayment were also approved by roll call.
