Several magistrates recommended seeking a triple-net lease (lessee pays utilities/maintenance/insurance) and authorized county staff (county attorney and judge) to negotiate the lease and pursue triple-net terms if the state does not generally offer that format.
A motion to authorize negotiation and execution of the lease on these terms passed by voice vote.
