State Department says visas will be revoked for students tied to campus occupations; Alien Enemies Act question referred to DHS

When asked about press reports that the Trump administration planned to invoke the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, the secretary said that question was for the Department of Homeland Security and not for State. He said the State Department's role is to identify and revoke visas where appropriate.
