MORAINE, Ohio — The Moraine City Council on March 13, 2025 approved a package of routine public-safety and administrative measures, including a $369,697 purchase of new police and fire radio consoles, authorizations to use opioid settlement funds for crisis intervention co-responder services and actions to dispose of surplus city property.
