Powers said the revised committee will be a 16-person body including county staff, management from subcontractors (WHC and Transdev or First Transit), and operators, mechanics and safety personnel from each service provider.
No questions or objections were raised during the agenda-review discussion. Commissioners acknowledged the change and took no action during the review; the item will proceed through the county's regular approval process as required by federal rules.
