Council learns mobile food-truck limit was passed but never codified; staff to correct ordinance placement

Council directed staff to correct the code placement so that the previously adopted rules appear in the correct section of the zoning ordinance and to return with any recommended clarifications. No further substantive policy change was adopted during the discussion recorded in the transcript.
The manager noted the discrepancy arose after a comprehensive update to the zoning ordinance when the mobile food-truck provision was not added to the final codified text.
