James Stahl, senior planner, presented the item at the continued public hearing and told the board that the ordinance, the motion and findings were included in the meeting packet and that the clerk’s office had not received any correspondence opposing the change. After a brief opportunity for discussion, supervisors voted in favor of the ordinance on the recorded second reading.
Clerk’s record showed a unanimous voice vote in the meeting transcript: Supervisor Houtz — aye; Supervisor Harris — aye; Supervisor Kopseth — aye; Supervisor Okran — aye. The transcript did not record a named mover or seconder on the ordinance motion; staff said the item was presented with a recommended motion in the packet.
