Haley Lang, the executive officer, said the standard process would be for a commissioner to request the item be placed on a future agenda so the full commission could vote. Lang also noted that written public comment remains available and is stated on the agenda as an option for people who cannot attend in person.
No motion was made to reinstate remote access at this meeting. Commissioners discussed adding an agenda item for the commission to consider reinstating virtual participation at its April meeting.
