Nantucket pipeline construction progressing across multiple segments; several completion dates given

Larry Harris gave the Lake Atoka Reservation Authority a status update on the Nantucket pipeline corridor, describing multiple segments under construction, contractors currently working and expected completion windows.

Harris said the pipeline program covers roughly 98.6 miles in nine separate projects, with about 66.3 miles currently under construction and two pump stations also under construction. He described segment-level progress: a pump station at the southern tip of Lake Atoka began site work after a November pre-construction meeting and is expected to be completed in December 2027; the segment from Pump Station 0 to Colgate, contracted to Oscar Rinder, is undergoing hydrostatic testing, cathodic protection commissioning and training with an expected finish in October ("this year," as stated in the meeting); the Colgate-to-Stonewall and the Stonewall-to-ADA segments were awarded to McKee and are at various stages of installation, with the Stonewall-to-ADA pipeline reported as 100% installed and nearing closeout with punch-list work after a February final walk-through.

Harris said the segment into the Canadian River is nearing completion and that the Canadian River-to-Conaway segment has begun clearing and grubbing with an expected completion in July 2027. Work at Conaway Pump Station is under way following a January pre-construction meeting with Archer Western, with ground disturbance and drainage pond work in progress and an expected completion in March 2028. Harris described remaining pipeline work between Conaway and Macomb and additional interim surge stations; overall, he said the project still anticipates being completed and operational by January 2029.

The authority offered brief thanks to Oklahoma City for the investment and its economic effects along the pipeline corridor; no formal board actions were recorded on the pipeline report in the transcript.
