The Lake Atoka Reservation Authority voted unanimously to approve minutes from the Sept. 12, 2024, meeting, to recommend that the Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust receive and approve the Lake Atoka Reservation Authority Association fiscal year 2026 budget of $583,045, and to receive the financial statement and independent auditor's report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024.
The authority chairman called for comment on the minutes and, hearing none, a board member moved approval and another seconded the motion; the motion carried on a voice vote. The same procedure was used for the FY2026 budget recommendation and for receiving the auditor's report: motions, seconds and voice votes resulted in the motions carrying.
The budget item was presented as a resolution recommending that the Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust receive and approve a FY2026 budget totaling $583,045 for the Lake Atoka Reservation Authority Association. The auditor's report and financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024, were presented together under a single agenda item; board members asked no substantive questions before approving them.
No roll-call tallies or individual votes were recorded in the transcript; each vote was taken by voice with the chair announcing that the motion carried.
The meeting moved on after those approvals to routine reports and project updates.
