Board approves consent agenda including new graduate certificate and housing contract

Governor Wetzel moved approval of the consent agenda; Governor Weymouth seconded. The board approved the items by voice vote. "All in favor? Aye. Anyone opposed? Motion carries," Board President Collier said.
The graduate certificate in corporate training was presented earlier to the academic affairs committee by Dr. Tim Crowley and was listed on the consent agenda for board approval. The housing management system contract was presented in the consent materials and approved as part of the omnibus consent vote. The meeting packet included two information items (the 2025 second quarter investment report and 2025 second quarter financial report) which the board received as written reports.
