Vice Mayor Railey recused herself from the item. Commissioner Brody moved the resolution and Commissioner Bridal seconded. City Clerk roll-call shows Commissioners Riedell, Wasserman, Bridal and Mayor Welch voting in favor and Vice Mayor Railey recused. The motion passed.
Staff noted residents were thanked for applying, and that the city’s neighborhood enhancement program provides matching funds for capital improvements that meet program guidelines.
