The district reported being to-code on fire-suppression systems while other categories in the facility matrix—lighting and some grouped items—were in a "fair" range in the OSPI assessment.
Facilities staff said lower-scoring items are captured on the district facility matrix with estimated budget figures and that capital planning will resume in 2026.
