"She fosters open and proactive communication while addressing challenges with honesty and care," Shannon read from the letter.
The speaker asked the board to consider Cadarette for principal to ensure "stability and continued progress for our students, staffs, and family," and closed the public comment by thanking the board. There was no formal board response recorded in the public portion of the meeting regarding the nomination.
The nomination was recorded in public comment; any personnel action (hiring or appointment) would appear in future board notices if the board moves from discussion to decision.
