The committee noted that use of the reserve requires approval by both the School Committee and the Select Board.
Motion and vote: A committee member moved to support including the article on the FY2026 town warrant; another committee member seconded. The committee approved the motion by voice vote with no opposition. The Select Board had previously voted 5‑0 to place the article on the warrant.
