The board approved the previous meeting minutes (motion moved by Mr. Paez and seconded by Miss Lewin). The board was informed that the applicant for DRB24‑1068 (4880 Pine Tree Drive) withdrew the application and will pursue administrative approval instead. The board also recorded a request to defer DRB24‑1040 (1500 Bay Road); staff said no action was necessary because the item will be renoticed for a later meeting.
The chair noted there is no additional business and reminded members that the next meeting is scheduled for April 10; staff coverage will be provided by Michael Belush when the chair is on vacation next month.
