Staff listed several personnel by name and role, including Captain Bowman, Firefighter‑Medic Eggert, Firefighter Faren, Firefighter Bassinet, Captain Moore, Firefighter‑Medic Murphy, Firefighter‑Medic Gonzales, Lieutenant Toph, Assistant Chief Legan (excavator support), Assistant Chief Meyers and Assistant Chief Thompson (incident commander).
Staff described the rescue as a complex operation that demonstrated interagency coordination and the district presented certificates to recognize the response.
