Brighton marks MSC ribbon cutting; manager highlights staff contributions

Council Member Pulaski, who attended the ribbon cutting with family members, noted the project’s fiscal outcome at the meeting: “to say that it was under budget is just absolutely fabulous,” Pulaski said. Other council members and staff thanked those involved and encouraged the public to visit the new facility.
