The outdoor seating approval covers two vacant commercial units at 41654 and 41656 Fenwick Street owned by Jim Hiles. Town Administrator Michelle said a building permit has been submitted for a 273-square-foot composite deck surrounded on three sides by a 36-inch aluminum railing. Staff told the council the seating area will be built over two existing parking spaces and that restriping and a planned brick bump-out would reallocate nearby spaces so the town would not lose net parking.…
