Project and staff review: Kelly Schulz, planning staff, said the application proposes multiple warehouse/office buildings (five 2,400-square-foot buildings plus an existing 4,423-square-foot storage area and an existing 423-square-foot warehouse), and noted the project was reviewed under the county’s mobility-fee ordinance; the mobility fee will be assessed at building-permit review.
