The Orland Park Village Board voted to recommend execution of a professional-service agreement with Patrick Engineering doing business as Bridal for Phase 3 construction engineering observation services at the 143rd Street and John Humphrey Drive intersection.
Trustee Reardon moved to recommend execution of the agreement for a total not-to-exceed amount of $849,927 and to authorize the village manager to execute related contracts subject to village-attorney review. The motion was seconded and passed on a roll call vote with all present voting aye.
Staff confirmed the contract amount is within the project budget. The authorization allows staff and the village manager to finalize and sign contracts after attorney review and to proceed with Phase 3 construction observation as part of the intersection-improvement project.
