Michelle Blumhower of the Vermont Agency of Transportation told the committee the agency concurs with the proposed modification, noting the change reflects a correction the agency requested.
Committee members clarified the change does not increase the transportation fund appropriation; it reallocates an existing $260,000 within the white book from the WACR subsidy to the White River Junction roof project. After discussion the committee indicated agreement with the technical correction and the funding reallocation.
