President Pitney, General Counsel Mallory, the provost, system staff, human resources and labor staff, and counsel and representatives for the chancellors (identified as Julie and Ryan in the meeting) were listed as attendees for the executive session. Outside counsel John Sidor was also online. The board reported the executive session concluded at 8:49 a.m. Alaska time and lasted approximately 50 minutes.
