The actions set the board’s leadership and routine governance for the year. Gray, newly elected president, told colleagues, “Just wanna thank you guys. This is my first year, so learning to navigate this role, but I know at the conference and some different things I've done helped tremendously. So thanks for your confidence in me, and hopefully we have another great year.” After her election the board moved on to confirm committee appointments and liaison assignments.
