Commission backs Armstrong Hills planned development but deadlocks on future‑land‑use map change
Summary
The Keller Planning and Zoning Commission on March 11 recommended approval, 6-1, of a rezoning to create the Armstrong Hills planned development for roughly 49 acres near Davis and Creek roads; a companion future land‑use plan amendment tied 3-3, which becomes a recommendation for denial to City Council.
