Allegheny County Council approves conveyance of county-owned parcel in Emsworth

Allegheny County Council voted to approve an order authorizing the county, through the Department of Public Works and the law department, to donate and convey a county-owned parcel of about 5,983 square feet on Western Avenue in the Borough of Emsworth.
