The council approved the expansion of the Loveland South Community Entertainment District (Resolution 26) by unanimous vote. Council also adopted a resolution to increase the total project cost for the East Loveland Bridge (Resolution 27) to cover significant change orders that arose during construction. City staff said the bridge project was completed in November but required additional excavation and ditch work that produced higher-than-anticipated costs. Finance director and city manager briefed council on cost-sharing with partner agencies.
