Personnel and appointments
After a motion to enter closed session under state statutes to preserve attorney-client privilege and discuss confidential personnel matters, the board voted in closed session on personnel items. In open session after the closed session the board moved to approve certified personnel, classified personnel and an administrative appointment; each vote was recorded as "aye" in the transcript and carried. The meeting adjourned after approval of those personnel actions.
