Resident James Gorman addressed the Town of Orange Park Council during public comment on Jan. 20 to report what he described as commercial activity at 1496 Clover Avenue, a single-family–zoned property across the street from his home at 1487 Clover Avenue.
Gorman said multiple trucks and vehicles are parked at the property and that the business — which he identified as “Shark Pro Bosch,” an exterior cleaning company — advertises serving Duval, Clay and St. Johns counties. He said he reported the matter to code compliance (citing code officer Sarah Draper) and later followed up with the assistant police chief; he had not received a substantive update.
The mayor directed Gorman to give photographs to the town clerk for the record. The town manager said staff would contact the resident in the coming days (noting the office was closed the following day for weather) and provide an update by the end of the week. No formal enforcement action was recorded in the meeting minutes.
