Board Clerk Rodriguez Pena reported the roll call with Board Member Ramos present and a different board member noted as not present at the start of the meeting. A motion to approve the agenda was made, seconded and approved by voice vote. The board asked whether there were any public comments on closed-session items; staff reported no blue cards and no raised hands on the Zoom stream. The meeting then moved into closed session.
