Utilities department to host statewide odor-control workshop for water professionals

The event is expected to draw about 50–70 professionals from around the United States and Canada for panels and seminars on sewer odor control and related utility operations. The director said the panel will include experts “actually from come from Canada and all over The United States.”
Officials invited council members to attend the workshop at the Utilities Administration Building and said the event would bring visiting professionals who will use local motels and restaurants during their stay.
