The council approved the resolution to move into closed session by roll call; votes recorded included Council member Ram, Council member Weisenfeld, Council member Scharstrom, Mayor Noel, Council member Johnson and Council member Perez voting aye. The clerk announced the council would move into closed session at 7:32 p.m.
